Our Refund Policy
At PerritoPlay, we want you and your pets to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with a product, we offer a straightforward refund process.
Eligibility for Refunds
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Products must be unused, in original packaging with all tags attached
- Proof of purchase is required (order number or receipt)
- Certain items may be excluded (see Non-Refundable Items below)
How to Request a Refund
- Contact our customer service team at [email protected] with your order details
- We will provide return instructions and a Return Authorization Number
- Package the item securely and include the RA number
- Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method
Processing Time
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited to your original payment method.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons:
- Opened food or treats
- Used grooming products
- Personalized/custom items
- Clearance items marked "final sale"
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the item. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product).
